STOCKS
US Market- Many investors are still bracing for a recession. In that “bracing” quality stocks are being dumped along with mediocre investments. Keep this in mind, irrational behavior provides rational investors with good opportunities. Here’s Jim Cramer’s take on the current situation.
CNBC’s Jim Cramer, for instance, still sees opportunity in the months ahead — particularly in the Dow Jones Industrial Average.
“These tend to be boring, mature companies that typically pay nice dividends, which is what protects you when the Fed is tightening,” he says.
“I know this is a tough market, but I’m betting the second half turns out better than the first for the worst performers and be OK for the best performers.”

TRICK
I don’t know about you but growing up, I always thought that Perfumes were for women and Colognes were for men. That isn’t exactly so though. I found out the difference some years ago. Fragrances are generally marketed under those two groups for simplicity. What you should focus on is how long you want a fragrance to last. Next time you are shopping, use the chart below as a guide.
OLD
Black and white… now colored. You can get them in 32 inches and smaller, and up to about 85 inches. TVs have come a far way. Philo Farnsworth officially developed the first television in 1927. The 21-year-old made TV a reality by combining various technologies that were developed by other scientists and inventors.
Farnsworth had legal battles with RCA who had also claimed the rights to the invention. He eventually won the case and was awarded $1 million, sadly Farnsworth died broke in 1971. Click this link to learn more about those who helped to make TV, and even your phone/computer a reality.
